BEWARE of this company. Ive ordered a 24 inch IM pretty sure theyre using a strerched tape when measuring the hair because when u request a refund They play for time by sending emails asking u to remeasure . The policy says you can request a refund within 7 days ...but refusing to send a returned address theyre hoping to delay the process. Im definetly seeing my lawyer with ALL my evidences on monday . They simply are not assisting.
