Uwinshair sells Plastic hair

I bought the the hair online from Uwinshair I was disappointed to see the quality of the hair that was sent to me by courier. The hair didn't look as per the picture on their website, it kept on falling out, the other one was old and didn't know what was happening in it, I have sent it back to them since they have said they are based in China, only to find out they are at China mall in crown mines.

I asked for a refund they are just making excuses about it since the money is on their side they don't do follow ups. Mind you I had to pass the post net myself to return the hair and it's their fault.
