Uwinshair I *****!!!!
The first order was fine and on time. Now the second time around I feel ******. It's been 2weeks waiting with Tracking number they have given that does not exist with postnet. Firstly there is no number to call 2 they chat via whatsapp with hourly response 3. The English and grammar on the email is ***** I truly feel like I've been ******.
They explanation says the parcel was packaged and track number given but they had no stock for what I ordered. Question is what did they pack?

Now they say I must choose another wig as they can't refund me my money back.
I have sent the pictures of the "other wig" and now they have been quiet and the person on the email tells me another story to the one on whatsapp.
I will be escalating now
