UWINSHAIR hair quality

I ordered a wig from them a full frontal lace wig, and it's not the first-time I order. It's probably my 3rd wig. The wig got delivered, picked it up and paid for it to get installed 5 days was enough. The curls are tangled looks like I've had it for ages. The quality is not what I expected. I'm so disappointed that I wasted my money on such terrible quality of hair.
