Unsatisfied and bad experience

Unsatisfied service and bad experience with the company. I brought hair from them last month, upon receiving my order was not what I ordered.

I contacted them with regards to my order and explained what's happening and that I would like to return the hair but was told that I must please find someone that I can resell the hair to.

I am stuck with the hair and they are not willing to take it back.
