They sent me a shady email stating: “This is Wenny from Luvme Hair South Africa because our bank has informed us that there is a security risk in the transaction of your order +#191…. So we need your ID name and credit card photo to make sure the cardholder information is consistent, I hope you can understand and kindly send us the photos of your ID card ( just need to show your name)and credit card (just need to show your name and last 4 digits number), u can obscure other information, After we check it's no problem, will complete the shipment of your order ASAP, Thanks.“

According to my bank, this is *****ulent behaviour. No supplier should request your ID and credit card photo to confirm payment, since when is a standard proof of payment not sufficient? If the payment had risk, my bank would have flagged it before release. Never again am I trusting these influencer marketed brands that don’t even have google reviews
