Terrible service

Im just so disappointed at this company. Ordered my hair beginning of April the 2nd to be exact. I didn't recieve my order. They didn't say anything as well. When I followed up only then did they tell me that the item I bought was out of stock. Now I have to wait three weeks for the order .This is the 3rd week they have not said anything. I will not buy from them again.
