********...bad hair bad service

********, sent wrong hair,the only way to return is mail them for a returns address,still waiting.You also pay for shipping and repackaging even though it was not your fault, how ridiculous,they then tell you they are in China so they discourage you from returning. They tell you to wash the hair for extra length but policy says washed hair wont be accepted for return, so they tell people to wash hair for extra length knowing they wont accept the return, its a big fat ****!!
