Mmmmhhhhh I’m trying my best to be a better person in life but things like this really **** me off . I bought her around March 2021 for my birthday.I ordered the 10 inch bob i had pre planned outfits .As a girl we all know the process before your birthday hair , make up ,shoes and outfit must be pre-planned . I bought the hair after one of these **** ass influencers has been bragging about this hair and unfortunately this certain influence is a family friend so I took what she said seriously I had seen the wigs she would receive and they where quality thick and full with no red strands at all. I got my hair a day before my birthday at Postnet I went home and wanted to pre-pluck and straighten the hair . This wig the moment I unboxed it there was a strong smell meaning processed hair . The amount of red strands where ridiculous but that’s not the part that hurt me . The hair was thin like at the back it’s like they didn’t bother putting any bundles but what made me cry I even had to call my mum the shedding I put on the wig to try combing it out to get style inspiration the hair shed all over my sink even when you ran your fingers in the hair the hair would come out in chunks . I took a video immediately and sent it to their IG account I was redirected to their WhatsApp everyday for the 3 weeks I would make a follow up and it felt I was talking to a new person every time received the same message hair sheds was it or what type of brush are you using
