1.) I waited for about a month to get hair that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 business days (apparently it was being specially made)

2.) What I ordered vs. what I got after that month? Not the same as pictured.

3.) Return & Refund policy? I'll have to pay 1.5 to return it to China which is almost half of what I paid for it. So I'm stuck with a wig I don't want
