I bought 2 wigs and one of the wigs was 18 inch and it was equal to a previous wig which was 12 inch. After lengthy discussion, the person responding to my texts on messenger (only way of communicating with them) said that they had made a mistake when they sent me an 18 inch instead of 2 inch for the previous wig. So I decided that it is best I get my money back. I sent back the item to postnet ridgeway and 3 working days later, they say they are waiting for their friend in SA to check with postnet for feedback. I called postnet and they said they have received the parcel and I should contact the company to come collect. After chatting to them about this matter and insisting that the parcel is there, they have resorted to blocking me on messenger.
