Satisfied and disappointed at the same time

First wig purchase was the best. Its a curly 12 inch, full volume, soft and just amazing As for the second wig purchase I was disappointed. Its sheds from the front, since the beginning and the works at the back is not good. It does not fit my head properly. Its a 14inch straight wig. Im very hesitant to purchase again as I was duly disappointed in my last order. Other than that the online service and delivery is fast and on point
