Returning hair and can’t be refunded.

I bought hair from Uwinshair worth of R5000 , the hair was delivered to me but it was not what I expected and was not worth my 5k.

I returned the hair to them, I paid R1250 to ship the hair back to china for a refund. They did not receive the hair because they did not want to pay for the clearance, as a result the hair was sent back to me.

Now that the hair is sent back to me, there’s a fee of R2150 for clearance that needs to be paid , I informed them about the fee and they told me that I have to pay the fee. I told them I don’t have the money and now I can’t get the hair and I have lost my money, both the 5k and 1.2 k.

They say there’s nothing they can do from their side if I don’t pay for this hair to be delivered to me. I really don’t know what to do because I am only communicating with these people via text. I need help.
