PLEASE BE WARNED OF THESE ****MERS!!

I bought a wig online and they sent me a completely different inferior piece of hair. The shape and the lining are nothing close to the advertised pictures on their website. The is no number to call or customer care line, I had to wait for a response via WhatsApp from someone who didn't really care to resolve my problem. All he/she said return the wig my friend to China because we already paid for shipping and tax when we were sending to you. When I asked him/her questions about the further process he/she sounded like a robot with the standard response" Send the wig my friend" I am now stuck with the ugly shapeless wig that looks like it can shrink if it is washed or ironed. I am really regretting throwing my money in the drain just like that. PLEASE BE WARNED OF THESE PROFESSIONAL ****MERS!!
