PAYING COURIER FEES EVEN THOUGH UWINSHAIR SENT ME THE WRONG

I ordered a curly full lace wig, but when I received my hair they were not the true reflection of what they have advertised online, secondly the wig was a side fringe. I requested to change my order because it was a side fringe and I asked them to change my delivery address, but that did not happen. Uwinshair please advertise true reflection of your products and if you send a wrong order to your customer you should be responsible for the courier fees.I have a bad experience. I will never buy anything from you guys.
