Not a happy client

I bought hair from uwinshair and it was delivered within a week. I was so excited and the hair I received was not nicely cut and the was to thin not rich. Thy said i should send it back. Bt the shipping price is expensive. They telling me now tht I can buy for 20 dollars nd they wll send the one bundle that i want. But they not willing to help me out at all. Uwinshair advise ****. They do not sell what they advise
