No hair. No refund.

If I could I’d give them a 0 start. I ordered hair and they didn’t communicate. 3 days later, I email them to inquire and they bull**** me about how they’re still processing my order. On the website it said it may take up to 3 business days to process. The 3rd day being the latest.

Cool. I ask for my tracking number and they give me excuses on some, the hair I bought hasn’t been made into a wig yet. But they advertised it on every social media platform!!! Now I have to wait three weeks because they refuse to give me a refund. Don’t buy from them
