Misleading Pictures, disappointing hair

Ordered a wig from uWins and got something completely different than what I ordered. I contacted them and told them of my dissatisfaction and they insisted that the wig just needs styling and promised to refund me R150 to take the wig for styling.

The cut & styling were completely different & it is even uneven. So unless you are a celebrity or influencer ordering from uwinshair is very risky cause they do not deliver what you pay for. Have to take my hair to a salon to be plucked, bleached and cut evenly. Even the stitching was untidy, the wig is lumpy in some places. Very disappointing.
