Luvme hair scheming customers

Bad service. Bought hair online, 3 days it arrived. When I got the hair, not what was on picture length and volume not same paid 2000 for the hair, tried to return immediately sent from 1 pillar to week 2 I was told to ship back to China but shipment requires R1620 for the weight… reason for them is that although hair was shipped to SA in bulk, it must be returned to the manufacturer but this is not stated on their site.
