I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. They still remain the same, it’s a huge ****!! Ordered my hair 3 weeks ago and yet they promised it will arrive within 2-5 days. When I had followed up to ask how far they said it’s still being processed it will arrive in SA, mind you I am Not in SA but I’m USA they got my details wrong!! It hasn’t even left China. I have asked for a refund and sent many messages still no word from them!! I’m so fed up with them!! If you are a prospective buyer DO NOT BUY
