Horrible customer service and product nowhere close to what is advertised

I bought a deep curl Lace closure wig. It looked like nothing on their page. The same day I sent an email requesting them to advise me on their return address and process. I have not received a response in 7days. I reached out on Instagram, still no response. Sent an inbox on Facebook and was offered a R250 refund when I spent R1300, which I refused. Now they have opted to keep quiet, still no way to return the atrocious wig i received
