**** hair expensive price

I recently bought a 18inch virgin hair they said for 4900. The first red flag should have been the length when I had it opened. The hair itself after the install had frizz ..that’s when I realised that the hair was pure knock off. The hair sheds, the hair is human hair mixed with synthetic. Like I have since complained to the company since receiving this hair. I was requested to send them proof of my complaints which I did, in return when I followed up they can only return me 15 dollars from the amount I paid. Like I’m so livid!
