First time purchase at UWINSHAIR and DISAPPOINTED

I recieved my hair today, then I cut off the front part of lace and to notice my hair is not the once I ordered in terms with th inch. I ordered a 16 inch and uwinshair sent me 14 inch hair. I am a first time buyer I am disgusted, disappointed and deeply hurt by this
