First-Time Buyer: Love the Wigs, Delivery Was a Journey

I ordered the 12 inch deep curly wave bob as a first-time buyer. After a bit of back-and-forth with tracking, I finally collected it. The curly bob is beautiful, the waves are deep and feel very soft. As a surprise, I also received a long straight wig for free, which is great quality. The good: The hair quality seems excellent for the price. Customer service helped me fix a billing address error. The free gift was a fantastic bonus. The not-so-good: The wait and tracking updates were a bit anxious, but it all worked out in the end. Overall, I'm happy with the products received. I would recommend them, but just be prepared to track your order patiently.
