feeling ****med

I am so beyond angry with Uwinshair. i ordered a wig from them, only to get a wig that looks nothing like what is advertised, the colour looks like circus wig. what makes mere upset is that they dont even bother to reply back to my emails.There is just no solution here. I feel ****med. To even think that i am their regular client even though i hardly get satisfying products. im done.
