Complaint

I bought a wig on Uwinshair they claimed the hair is 100% human hair and that it's quality, as excited I was.. The packaging was great but the hair it's self was horrible, I tried to tell them that I am not happy with their hair quality, they suggest for me to soak the hair before wearing but the hair is new.... I've bought wigs before never have to soak a new wig in a conditioner for the 1st time in order for the hair to look great... That proves that the hair was horrible before it was even packaged and they are aware of the quality of hair they selling.... I would never advise anyone to buy a wig from them. My old wig is better than the new wig that I bought from them Hai bad service, bad quality in fact they not selling quality they selling quantity... We have a reputation to carry than to wear quantity wigs on our hair... I'm so disappointed
