Betrayed and heartbroken

I was was so excited when I heard about uwinshair, but apparently #Ilosthair I wanted to buy a wig for the first time and they ruined my experience. Uwinshair was advertising free shipping for the month of April and I decided seize the opportunity that I later regretted. When the wig arrived in my country they requested shipping charges of R1100 which I had not budgeted for, I told Aramex my supplier I advised that shipping would be free, they didn't buy my story. When I went back to Uwinshair to report back they told me charges were my responsibility and I had to pay the shipping fee, I then requested to send back the wig and they told me it's not possible to refund I've never felt so betrayed and heartbroken. They ruined my first wig experience. I could have just bought an affordable 12 inch wig in my country but now I have to pay R3000 for a 12 inch wig imagine in this current covid-19 situation.
