Bad service

It's true when they say online application will humble you,, I ordered a very nice Bob Wig from luvme hair and what I received is totally different from what is shown on the picture, the worst part is no one is willing to help I've been trying to contact them since last week then next thing they are going to tell me about 7 or 14 days return policy all that I want is my money back
