Bad service

I received a very bad service here, besides having to wait for a long period of time to get my delivery. Whn I receive wht i ordered I get wht i didn't order to make matters worse whn I communicate with them, the want 2 convenience me tht wht I received is wht i ordered from the picture. While I hv send them the pictures and the video 2 prove to them tht the 2 are completely different.
