Repair? I don't think so!

My cellphone was taken if for a charging unit repair, they told me that the Samsung Galexy S5 opens from the back for this specific repair. When the phone got to the lab they descovered that the phone open from the back. They did not inform me that with opening the phone from the front that I will have the risk of the LCD breaking. they just went ahead with the "repair". When I went to collect the phone I saw that the LCD was broken and that there was purple spottes all over the screen. I complaned and they told me that they will fix if at a extra cost of R600. Now I must pay for a error that they made. so the fixed it, in the meantime I was forced to buy a new phone to atleast have a phone. I collected the old phone for the second time. The owner of the shop went through all the specs with me to show me that the phone is fully functional which at that time it was. I asked about the glue that was seeping out on the sides, all he said that is will come off and when I asked of there is a risk that the top glass will peel off he said no not at all. With me having a new phone the old phone has been sitting in the box, upon opening the box and wanting to charge the phone it was dead and does not want to charger at all. Nothing. Then also the whole top glass that he promised will not peel off IS PEELING OFF, the whole glass is starting to come off the rest of the phone, so what started out as a charging unit being “repaired” ended up in my phone not being usable at all.

This is not acceptable. A R5300 worth phone that is now completely useless.
