My order of R949

My order of R949.96 for a Chef set, a chopping board and a cooking set (3 items) for my grandchild’s birthday was confirmed by Luv Lua on 07/09/2026. I never received anything. I contacted them several times via email to two separate emails that I have. Once they responded by saying they found my order and it is being processed. I still have not received anything despite even more follow-ups YET they are still advertising and I still get marketing emails from them. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
