Poor customer service and terrible website!!

Lack of any notification on delay in shipping which had a 2-5day delivery period as I'm writing this review its the sixth day.

Im unable to track my parcel on the couriers website and when contacting the Company I found out that my parcel was being deliveredbby another courier and was in a canceled state?? Yet I have paid and I'm still waiting for my purchase??!! I'm very disappointed with the lack of Information provided and I'm not sure if my parcel is missing and if I'm ever going to receive it... I do not recommend this company to anyone!!
