Luvland service is up to sh*t

Im so irritated by Luvland and there courier company i can scream. I had a secret santa at work so i thought it will be a funny idea to buy something from Luvland i ordered a vib on the 30th November 2020 on there website they said it will be delivered 3 to 5 working days a week later they informed me they out of stock and i choose something else.. Till this day she hasnt recieved her parcel. I was very embarrassed that i couldn't provide her with a gift on the 4th of December and now still i have to keep asking when it will be delivered this is disgusting service ill never in my whole life buy something from them again
