Dont buy any *** toys at Luvland!!!!!!!! No exchange!!! Even if you retain the till slip!!!!

I bought a we vibe ******** at Luvland Three Rivers. The lady that was assisting us when we bought it said if it doesn't work properly we can bring it back and exchange it for something else of the same value.

We went back with proof of purchase as it is not vibtating properly to exchange it, we were told no we cant. The lady that helped us on the previous weekend of the purchase denies saying this. She said she is going to phone her Regional. He also said no. Then she said she is going to phone her branch manager only to find out that the branch manager was her (colleague ) and the " regional" was the store manager.

You can not exchange any purchases at Luvland, even if you retain your proof of purchase, packaging was 100% and the product was clean with all packaging.
