DSTV Aerial Installation

This company was highly recommended on the Umdloti website. The technician they sent out to install the DSTV decoder did not have a clue how to connect it to the communal aerial and sold us an LNB - eventually we had a signal. Then no-one else in the block could get signal. He came back and again spent hours trying to correct the problem. He told us we needed our own dish and still no signal for others in the complex. Eventually we told him to take his LNB back and put the wires back as they were. Needless to say he did not do that and we had to call in Mersat who were horrified at what had been done. Apparently the first time Lutron were here they made an ******* connection to the aerial with our smart switch. I did get hold of Llewellyn eventually and he did not even bother to answer, when I asked how he could employ unqualified people, nor did he offer an apology.
