Lutrevia Youth Cream - VERY UNHAPPY

I am extremely upset and unhappy about the way that Lutrevia does business. I clicked on a add to purchase samples only and only pay the shipping fee witch I agreed to. This was end of May beginning of June. A few days later when I went into my account I notices a large amount deducted that I was not aware of. Lutrevia deducted the whole amount for the Youth Cream and Youth Serum without my approval and not only the shipping charge as was advertised on the add. I have called them and emailed them numerous times to let them know how I feel about this issue and that I have not received any products and would like a full refund as I am not interested in this product anymore. I just receive the same email back every time that someone will contact me but still no one have made any effort to help or contact me. How can you just deduct money from someones account when the person has not even received anything and did not agree to that amount being deducted. According to me and as I understand the add it was only samples they were sending for you to try and then you can order your products. I feel that this is false advertising. Today is the 17th of September and still have I not received any products and no one has contacted me to try and sort this problem out. I will not me ordering anything from them again and I would just like my money back asap.
