Lutrevia Youth Cream

I paid the postage on their free sample with my credit card. I have not received a parcel from them, and in the interim they helped themselves to R1200 out of my credit card with no consent. I have been mailing them ever since to no avail. All I want is a refund and they can keep their product They keep telling me to go onto their website (which doesnt work) but I get no help.
