Lustock - Prompt response to complaint

Having complained about the service in that Lustock did not come and fix my doors, the owner promptly phoned me to find out about my complaint. He dealt with it promptly and efficiently and Johnny has come to my house to repair the faulty cupboard doors. A big heads up to a prompt response to a complaint. Thank you very much.
