MA calls customers "Uneducated Problematic Idiots"

<p>I made a booking at Lushof Gasteplaas Lodge with Elize Visser, who gave me a cold customer service. I asked her to send me their address which I can find on Google maps and she sent me this email: <br />"24, ********** <br />27, ********** " <br />No greetings as usual and no explanation of the numbers sent. Still Google couldn't find an address to these numbers. I was offended by her response so I sent her my complaint, of which she rep**** saying that the accommodation is no longer available to me, and forwarded my conversations to Martiens Visser MD at Master Splice & Termination CC, and this was the response of which I was copied:<br /> <br />"Morning Elize, there is nothing to worry about, you can clearly see that the uneducated person you are dealing with thinks she is some royalty from another planet!
