Lushof Services - you pay and don't get the servic

Ordered and paid for glass aluminium stack away doors in December 2014 - doors were installed, with no glass. Doors were installed incorrectly the first time, they were then replaced and still no glass. Glass put in originally was not fitted correctly. When doors were replaced the third time the glass that was put in was not what was ordered. Doors then started to sag. Owner, Rob doesn't take our calls, doesn't respond to e-mails, doesn't arrive at appointments. Doors removed for a third time and butchered to fit and now look even worse than when we started. Five months later and we still can't use the doors. Cannot get him to commit to doing the work properly that he has been paid in full for! Would not recommend him / his company at all.
