No parcel!!

I payed for a jumpsuit on nov 11th in full plus R50 for shipping fee.. I was told to wait 5 working days from when she posted the item. This was on a Wednesday... Mean iming I should have received my item on the following Wednesday.<br> On nov 23rd I emailed to ask how long I must wait and they told me to call my post office and ask if it's there because she had posted it already a week or 2 before that (I have all this as proof in my emails)!!<br> I then went to my post office who told me that there was nothing there for me under my name and aske for the tracking number. This I didn't have since they didn't give it to me.<br> I have been emailing them since asking and face booking them and I was blocked on their Facebook and no response to my emails has been made. I don't have the tracking number even to follow up on my own.<br> They have R350 of mine and I have no parcel...
