Disgusting Service- Paid in December still waiting

Ordered something online from this swimwear retailer in December. EFT'd the full amount in December. In January When I queried why my package has not arrived- I was told I did not pay the postage fee of R30.<br> <br> After paying this, I was given a new delivery date. When I queried why the package had not arrived on the new delivery date I was told they got my postage payment but could not pick up my order payment. After sometime, they got back to me saying they found my payment but have not placed my order as they were looking for my payment. I was then given a later delivery date in February. This week I received an email saying that it's Chinese New Year and suppliers are closed till the end of February and I will only get my order in March.<br> <br> This is disgusting service, and a form of theft. They received my money in December and have probably spent it already while I am still waiting for my order. All my complaints have been deleted from Facebook. Places like this should be shut down for running an amateur show disguised as a business.
