Lush Events Cape Town

This events/decor company mixed up dates for my baby shower event. Called them the morning of the event to ask them if the decor is ready, they got shocked that it was that day. I called the wine farm that was going to host us to move times so I can give Lush Events time to prepare. They gave us 2 and a half hours. Alerted my guests on last minute, the events company agreed to rush to the place and prepare. On the agreed time they still were not there and my guests had arrived and food was being served without the decor. The events company only arrived 10 minutes after my guests had already sat down . I told them it’s too late to start pumping balloons and preparing the table when everyone is already there coz they are the ones that got the dates wrong and couldn’t stick to the adjusted time. Worst part is that they deducted 50% from my payment for their own fault instead of giving me full refund because they spoiled my big day!!!! On top of that they were so rude about the whole situation because I had already fully paid them. Such horrible people to do business with
