The Best!

I ordered 4 bath bombs online from their website which arrived about 2 days later, accompanied by a lovely card. I noticed some were damaged from transport and emailed them about it. Within a day they had rep**** to my email and apologised profusely and informed me that a replacement would be on the way. It has just arrived (2 days later) and is in perfect condition along with an apology card. I am super super impressed by the care and concern they have towards their customers and genuinely appreciate such warm and kind service.
