Rude employee at menlyn

I have been going here since it opened in South Africa. I love the products and usually staff are very friendly and welcoming. Yesterday I went to the one in Menlyn to buy myself birthday treats and the single shop attendant that was there (think her name was Kassie) was so rude to me I will never go back there again. She did not great me, she did not even acknowledge I was there, she did not offer to help me. All because she was very busy with another client who she was clearly getting a big commission from. And as I walked out the store, she made a rude comment about me which I suppose she though I couldn’t hear. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve never felt so angry about an employee
