Horrible Service at Lush SA

Ver poor service. I made an online order - payment went through but their online system didn't generate an order confirmation email. Emailed to confirm that the order had been placed, received no response. Called the store and received no help - was told to revert to the *** mail that nobody's responding to. Yet, they have my money.
