Great customer service as always

I placed an order from the Lush online store and when it arrived, one of the products had been damaged in transit. The fault lay with the courier company and not with the store itself, but Sam from Lush made sure to send a replacement product up the following day.<br> I just wanted to send a shout out to how great Lush are, for their products and for their customer service both in store and online.<br>
