Poor quality product and very bad service

I ordered tape-in extensions from Luscious Lengths Cape Town. What was supposed to arrive within 7 to 10 days took almost 3 weeks. The box was also damaged and the extensions were shorter than the ones I ordered. Upon receiving same I contact the owner Rocha who informed me that she cannot refund me but that she will order a new set in a longer length free of charge. It is almost 3 weeks again and upon following up the owner blocked me on whatsapp. The product is definitely not the best quality and the service received is far from good!
