Can I trust lurn.co.za?

I am extremely worried about this company. I ordered a product from them on 11 August 2019, my payment went through the bank on the 14th of August, but I have heard nothing from them about when I will receive it. I have emailed them twice with no response. I am wondering now whether this is a ****. They are still advertising on social channels.
