Bad customer service

My name is Zandile Sindane. On the 19thJune 2018 I requested to be quoted on toolboxes, the lady said she will quote me before the end of business day the following day. I called them on 21st requesting feedback, the lady told me they don't sit around waiting for me to send a quotation she answered in a rude manner and she put a phone down on my ear. 2hours later I recieved the quotation but some of the things were outstanding, I again called to say somethings are not there, I asked her to check the quotation that I sent. She rep**** by saying: Listen here mam' I don't carry your quotation wherever I go, I'm not in my desk. The customer service is extremely poor. Their numbers: ********** 574
